Our Classes
Children’s class
for children 1st to 6th grade. Learn a
healthy exercise habit as well as valuable life lessons.
Adults class 13 and up. Learn kung fu including
dozens of kicks and punches as well as self defense and develop
a more disciplined mind.
Taiji class learn the meditative movement of
Taiji to focus your mind on every moment of motion.
Weapons class learn the intricate details of
Chinese weapons such as staff, saber, sword, spear and more. My
weapons class specializes in how to use the weapon, see it in
action on my video page.
